Wolf and Fantail develop content for television and film while mentoring and supporting new talent. With over thirty years of collective experience in the industry we are now passionate and committed about creating a positive change for opportunity and equality with not only the structure of our company but the material that we develop.
Our ‘make it matter’ objective is to strive to deliver content that resonates and makes an impact to encourage a change for the better. The fabric of our society has degraded along with humanity and an alarming number of people live in danger and poverty. Our planet is under threat and in desperate need of healing. And we are losing species daily to extinction and many teeter on the edge and are in drastic need of our help. We use our skills, passion and knowledge to bring these to the fore front, by educating, creating awareness and ultimately prove we can change, we can do better, all with the powerful force we have, “kindness”.
The people we collaborate with share the same ethos. We all work as part of the team, treated equally as important and as valued as one another. Our view on success is that it never comes down to just one person. It takes many skill sets, many hours and lots of dedication from all involved to achieve the end goal
We aim to discover, mentor and support new talent from all diversities to drive their career’s in the right direction. It is our responsibility to ensure that all feel valued, supported and gain an experience or an opportunity to be a part of something that will ultimately make a difference.
Globally people from all backgrounds respond to visual content. It’s hugely accessible and its our job to ensure our work has a wider reach to enable people to feel and contemplate the material that they watch. We ultimately give people the chance to digest, discuss and come to their own view point on matters that we feel are important to be aware of. As humans we love to be stimulated and if content can move someone it is a success.
This film industry is as colourful in its tapestry, filled with creatives of all aspects but still struggles with equality and diversity. We are part of a positive change in promoting, encouraging and proving the benefits of diversity within all areas of film and TV. The film industry is evolving and still needs to escape it’s old ways.
